Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To enable pleasant wearing of a diaper around the waist and hip by providing elastic pleats in the area where at least one of back lobes is fitted to a stopping lobe and making the stopping lobe elastically stretchable with a usual level of finger force. CONSTITUTION: Elastic pleats 34, 35 are formed to at least one of back lobs 20, 21 formed by allowing the top sheet and/or the back sheet of a diaper to expand outward in the area adjusted to stopping lobes 26, 27. By a usual level of finger force applied to the stopping lobes, the stopping lobe can be stretched by at least 1cm.
