Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To inform an incoming call to a user in a signal pattern or in voice in response to an incoming signal by providing a circuit detecting the pattern of the incoming signal. CONSTITUTION:When a call comes from a fixed network, a control section 30 compares the decision of an incoming pattern with the content of the table of a block A in the inside of a storage device 29 registered already via an incoming detection circuit 21. As a result, when the pattern of the call signal is already registered, a corresponding output voice pattern is decided and a voice pattern ROM corresponding to the output voice pattern is decided from the content of table of the block B. The user confirms the output voice from a speaker and hooks off a handset to start communication. When the incoming signal is not registered in the storage device 29, the pattern is added to the storage device 29. In this case, the voice is outputted as a bell tone as the pattern of the incoming signal from the reproduction circuit.
