Abstract
Abstract <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for an FPC improved so that noise shall not exceed a standard value, having an electromagnetic wave shielding structure. <P>SOLUTION: The connector for a flexible printed wiring board comprises at least a top plate part, a metallic shell having side wall parts at left side and right side and a terminal part for grounding, a connector main body covered by the metallic shell, a contact for a signal line, and a grounding contact for grounding the flexible wiring board.
