Cured resin laminate
Abstract
Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate easiness of repairing in a close contact process and substrate crack resistance in a vent relaxation process by setting tensile strengths of the lower layer and the upper layer to a specific value or above in a curable resin laminate made of a plurality of curable resin layers of the upper layer brought into contact with the lower layer. SOLUTION: A curable resin laminate comprises a lower layer made of a curable resins layer (A) having a tensile strength of X kg/cm2 or below when 100% elongated and an upper layer brought into contact with the lower layer made of a curable resin layer (B) having a tensile strength when 100% elongated of Y kg/cm2 or above of two or more layers made of the curable resin layers in such a manner that the laminate having a relation of Y/X>=2. The laminate is made of at least two layers of the curable resin layers having different physical properties. The laminate is particularly preferably made of the curable resin layer of at least two layers of the lower layer made of the curable resin layer (A) having 20 kg/cm2 or below of the strength when 100% elongated and the curable resin layer (B) having 40 kg/cm2 or above of a tensile strength when 100% elongated and brought into contact with the lower layer is particularly preferable.
