Abstract 629,068. Smokers' ash-trays. WYNER, H., and ROTHMANS, Ltd. Oct. 27, 1947, No. 28638. [Class 130] In an ash receptacle a, in which the debris placed through an opening c in a hinged cover b falls on a deflector f, a chute directed at the deflector is formed in the body of the receptacle either by a partition e or by an inserted tubular member. The receptacle is pivoted at i to wings h of a back plate, which also has pivoted thereto the cover b arranged to retain the receptacle in a vertical position when closed. Specification 610,693 is referred to.
