Abstract 563,003. Fastenings; hooks. GOODE, J. A. R., and WORTMAN, B. April 8, 1943, No. 5653. Addition to 534,331. [Classes 44 and 89 (ii)] In a device as in the parent Specification, the slide member 3a or the upper part thereof is divided into two separate parts by afixedweb 15 between the plates 12, 13 and the member may be in in two parts 3, 3a connected by springs 17. The actuating lever 5 may be replaced by a plunger moving in a cylinder separate from the device, and the slide may work on the outer sides of the levers.
