Abstract 396,250. Brushes for dynamo-electric machines. SOC. ANON. LE CARBONE, 37, Rue de Paris, Gennevilliers, Seine, France. Oct. 27, 1932, No. 30183. Convention date, Nov. 16, 1931. [Class 35.] Brushes for dynamos &c., are made of carbon with which is incorporated a powder of a base metal coated with an unoxidizable metal, e.g. copper coated with silver. A suitable powder may be made by dropping copper powder through a sieve of 300 mesh into a solution of silver nitrate containing 2À5 grammes of silver per litre.
