Abstract
Abstract A drying cabinet (10) having a fan heater houses removable trays (24, 26, 28) each comprising an upper perforated tray section adapted to receive and support cups and plates etc. and a lower removable drip tray (30, 32, 34). The walls of the cabinet are hollow and the inside skin is perforated to allow air to circulate from a fan and heater through the cabinet and out through ducts and a filter to an outlet. Temperature sensing devices are provided to shut off the heater in the event of excessive temperatures being reached. <IMAGE>
