Abstract 1,221,625. Liquid/gas separator. BAXTER LABORATORIES Inc. 15 Oct., 1969 [26 Dec., 1968], No. 50601/69. Heading B1M. In a gas/liquid separator where the gas/ liquid mixture enters at 114, liquid repellant porous sheet 122 is placed in a position relative to liquid wettable filter 124 which is impermeable to gas when wet, such that regardless of the orientation of the separator, the minimum volume of separated gas necessary to cover filter 124 will engage sheet 122 and leave via ports 132.
