[Also in Division C3] Metal panels are coated with emulsions of a polysiloxane-organic copolymer prepared by (1) preparing an emulsion of a polysiloxane containing a vinylidenic substituent, (2) adding at least one organic olefinically unsaturated monomer to the polysiloxane emulsion, and (3) thereafter copolymerising the polysiloxane and the organic monomer.
