Abstract
Abstract It comprises a semi-spherical, hollow shell 1 whose outer wall is provided, on the one hand, in its polar region, with three spikes 4 oriented parallel to the polar radius of the shell 1 and, on the other hand, in its intermediate zone, with apertures 5 in which pins 6 engage by force, these pins being oriented in a different direction to that of the spikes 4, while the inside of this shell 1 comprises a truncated cone 1a in which is wedged a complementary truncated cone 2a, formed at the periphery of the plastic lining 2 which comprises a collar 2b provided with means for holding the said lining 2 in a given angular position.
