Abstract The subject of the addition relates to the technical field of accessories and equipment provided for the passengers of motor vehicles. According to the addition, the means 4 for elastically retaining the pivoting framework 2 against the frame 1 are shaped and arranged at one of their ends in combination with the lateral branches 2a of the framework 2, so as to interact with pre-positioning notches formed facially on the arms 14, the latter receiving the cushion 15 and being mounted to slide freely in the said branches 2a.
