Bistable fluid dispenser with a valve
Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a fluid dispenser with a double valve fitted with a compensation jack such that its effective cross-section is greater than the effective cross-section of the valve upon inlet and less than the effective cross-section of the valve upon outlet. It consists of a body 1 connected by orifices 11, 12, 31 to a source of pressurised fluid, to the receiver, and to the outlet respectively. A double valve 6 comes to bear alternately on the seats 2 and 4. A compensation piston jack 7 has its effective surface area greater than that of the seat 2 and less than that of the seat 4, so that the pressure forces alternately hold the double valve 6 pressed onto the seats 2 and 4. A pulsed electromagnet 12 with two acting directions actuates the dispenser. The piston 7 may be replaced by a diaphragm and the electromagnet by a mechanical rocker. The dispenser according to the invention is intended for dispensing fluids and for equipping irrigation equipment.
