Abstract

Abstract The invention relates to a dish for microbiological culture under a controlled atmosphere and more particularly, but not exclusively, to dishes for the culture of anaerobic microbes. It is characterised in that: on the one hand, the cover 3, which is intended for closing the base, has a double wall, an outer wall 17 of which is flexible and impermeable to gases regardless of their molecular mass, and an inner wall 19 of which is permeable to air, and on the other hand, the inner and outer walls are spaced apart in a manner which creates between them a chamber 23 in which reagents 15 are placed.
