Method for deodorising gaseous effluents by thermal oxidation in a pre-pyrolysis and heat-recovery generator, and generator for implementing this process
Abstract
Abstract The present invention relates to a method for deodorising gaseous effluents by thermal oxidation in a pre-pyrolysis and heat-recovery generator, and a generator for implementing this method. Method characterised in that it essentially consists in circulating, in a generator, a countercurrent with respect to the burnt gases, between outer concentric walls 6 to 10, the high-speed gaseous effluent 11, along rectilinear, and preferably vertical, annular pathways, in order to carry out their pyrolysis, then injecting the said gaseous effluents along a concentric jet between two inner walls 3 and 4 into the flame of the burner 1 in the hearth, where the effluents are oxidised and burnt, a post-combustion for completing the chemical processes of oxidation and combustion being carried out in a isothermal double duct formed by two concentric walls 5 and 6 surrounding the inner walls 3 and 4.
