Abstract In this three-plate line, comprising a conductive strip 1 contained between two insulating plates 2, 3 and intended to be connected by its ends 5 to outer conductive elements 8, that portion of one of the insulating plates placed opposite at least one of the ends 6 of the conductive strip 1 includes a notch, and the piece 7 resulting from the notching is removed to permit the connecting of this end 6 to an outer conductive element 8 and resetting after the connecting operation. Application to the connecting of three-plate lines.
