Abstract The subject of the present addition is an emergency apparatus according to one of the claims of the main patent. The chamber 1 comprises an exhaust valve 34 and contains an oxygen mask 46 or 50 whose supply tube 47 passes hermetically through the wall of the chamber, the chamber being thus maintained in an inflated condition by the exhaled gases.
