Abstract The exercise frame is for developing specific muscle groups. It has a seat (2), on which the user sits, and a pivoting handle (1) that is moved by the limbs being exercised. The handle is joined to a pivoting arm (35) and to an adjustable piston and cylinder (5). The seat is adjustable in height and has a fixed back (3) and a foot rest (22). The seat can be replaced by a bench on which the user can lie down and the seat can be tilted.
