Abstract
Abstract The hand scraper for cleaning soiled surfaces such as gutters has articulated sides. All the lower scraping edges have bolted on supple elastic skirts. A single hole in the top plate and several holes in the side plates allow the latter to be articulated forming a scraper of several concave shapes using the screw (31). The top edge has a built-in plate and socket to accommodate the scraper handle.
