Abstract In an injection syringe with a cylindrical container constructed with a connecting branched at one end for a needle and accessible at the other end to a piston rod designed to operate a piston displaceable in the cylinder, the container can be closed off by a frangible plate at one end by the piston which situated at the end and enclosed in a capsule with a separable part, the capsule after sepn of this part then providing access for the insertion of the piston rod.
