Abstract
Abstract Stretch trousers with underfoot strap, for town or ski wear, are of nylon or Tergal (RTM) fabric. Within each leg is a sleeve of whin fabric which is impermeable, inextensible, located at the level of the lower 1/3 of the leg and with elastic at its open end. A piece in extensible fabric shaped to the bottom of ski trousers and shaped to fit under the foot is fixed by the periphery of its open end to the interior and between the ends of the sleeve.
