Abstract
Abstract Described is a device and a method for controlling an internal-combustion engine (100), the device having first means (135, 136) for metering, to the engine, fuel which is burnt in the engine. Second means (115) treat the exhaust gases. Then a new injection occurs during which the first means meter in, after the combustion, additional fuel which reacts in the exhaust-treatment means.
