Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren schafft hier Abhilfe, indem ein Verbindungsaufbau zum Teilnehmer erst dann gesteuert wird,wenn nach Maßgabe eines Vergleichs zweier Zahlenwerte eine Berechtigung des betreffenden Teilnehmers verifizierbar ist.
