Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 4
Claim 1
Independent Claim 228 words
An apparatus for establishing the electrical connection between a rotor and a fixed member having a structure such that a rotor is rotatively disposed in a fixed member, a flexible flat cable having an end secured to said fixed member and another end secured to said rotor is accommodated in an annular space formed between said fixed member and said rotor, direction of winding of said flat cable is, at an intermediate inversion portion of said flat cable, inverted to be opposite such that said flat cable is wound around the outer surface of said rotor and then said flat cable is wound around the inner surface of said fixed member, a movable member is disposed in said annular space, said movable member being arranged to be rotated and moved with respect to rotation of said rotor due to movement of said inversion portion in the circumferential direction caused by winding operation around the outer surface of said rotor or the inner surface of said fixed member, and said movable member is formed into an annular shape having an opening formed in a portion thereof, said opening being arranged to allow said inversion portion to pass through, said apparatus for establishing the electrical connection between a rotor and a fixed member comprising: lubricating means provided on sliding surfaces of said movable member with respect to said fixed member.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 52 words
An apparatus for establishing the electrical connection between a rotor and a fixed member according to Claim 1, wherein said movable member is formed into a hollow annular shape composed of a plate-like side wall, and said lubricating means is provided for each of upper and lower surfaces of said movable member.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 35 words
An apparatus for establishing the electrical connection between a rotor and a fixed member according to Claim 1, wherein said lubricating means is formed by coating with a lubricating material or by applying lubricating sheets.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 34 words
An apparatus for establishing the electrical connection between a rotor and a fixed member according to Claim 1, wherein said lubricating means consists of one or more ribs formed concentrically with said movable member.
