Planar sensor for measuring a chemical parameter of a sample
Abstract
To simplify the manufacture of a planar sensor for detecting a chemical parameter of a sample, consisting of a support (21) with an at least partially flat surface, at least one potentiometric or amperometric and possibly an optical transducer, which has at least one biological component, and one on the sample side attached cover membrane (30), the transducer and the biological component being present in at least one partial area on the surface of the carrier (21) as a so-called sensor spot (22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) and the cover membrane (30) all around the sensor spot is welded, it is proposed that those sensor spots (22, 25 26, 27) which have a potentiometric or amperometric transducer are contacted with a conductor track (31) attached to the flat surface of the carrier (21), the welding the cover membrane (30) in the region of the conductor tracks leading away from the sensor spots (22, 25, 26, 27) (31) is interrupted.
