Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bindematrix, enthaltend ein Trägermaterial mit einer oxidischen Oberfläche und einen daran über Ankergruppen kovalent gebundenen Festphasen-Reaktanden, der mit mindestens einem freien Reaktionspartner bindefähig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Festphasen-Reaktant eine verdünnte und im wesentlichen lateral homogene Bindeschicht auf der Oberfläche des Trägermaterials bildet und daß die Ankergruppen Silangruppen sind und mit dem Festphasenreaktanden über ein Spacermolekül verknüpft sind.
