Abstract Translated from German Für den Ersatz von mehreren Wirbelkörpern (25, 26) eines Menschen wird ein leicht gekrümmtes, annähernd zylindrisches Implantat (10) vorgeschlagen, an dessen domartigen Enden (14, 15) je ein Stützelement (17, 18) mit an die Anatomie des menschlichen Rückgrads anpaßbarer Winkellage befestigt wird. For the replacement of several vertebral bodies (25, 26) of a human being, a slightly curved, approximately cylindrical implant (10) is proposed, at the dome-like ends (14, 15) of which a support element (17, 18) is attached to the anatomy of the human spine adaptable angular position is attached.
