Abstract
Abstract The short-circuit bridge for the connection of two contact components (3) is a forked contact spring (4) with a spring base (8), at least one contact tine (9) and a U-bend (10). The contact tine (9) is free to spring and, with a projection (12) directly contacts the contact components (3) in the transition region (7). Thus the spring action is performed solely by the short-circuit bridge. The shape of the spring and the position of the contact point ensure the best possible spring action with low actuating forces.
