Unveränderliche Bildinformationen und veränderliche Bildinformationen werden getrennt voneinander umgesetzt, wobei die umgesetzten veränderlichen und unveränderlichen Bildinformationen während des Drucks des Postwertzeichenbildes (14) zusammengesetzt werden.
