Abstract

Abstract A device for guiding vehicles, in which stored information items, information items obtained from the environment and information items with respect to the state of modules, such as the position of observation apparatus on the vehicle, are provided and there are communication devices, devices for triggering functions and a digital guidance computer provided with a processor (21) and a main memory (22), is characterised by the fact that the guidance computer comprises a graphics processor (23), video electronics (24), a mass storage interface (25) with mass storage (26) and an interactive screen (30) via which all information items recorded, stored and to be output are depicted in the form of digital data relating to the guidance, the state and the operational situation of the vehicle. <IMAGE>
