Abstract
Abstract A nonaqueous secondary battery comprises an anode active material, a cathode active material and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The anode active material is a transition metal oxide of which an inherent crystal structure has been changed by insertion of lithium ions, and is in the condition that the changed crystal structure is not changed during repeated charging and discharging.
