Abstract
Abstract The treatment generator can be moved along three coordinate axes (XYZ) and an endorectal probe (8) along three axes parallel to (XYZ) and connected to the support (7) of the patient. A first marker (A), connected to the probe, is situated in the same horizontal plane as its focus and offset by a distance (d) with respect to it in the direction of the axis (Y). A second marker (B), connected to the device for moving the treatment generator, is situated in the horizontal plane of the focus of the latter and offset with respect to it by the same distance (d) in the same direction. <IMAGE>
