Abstract Translated from German Eine biologisch abbaubare Formmasse bzw. ein Polymerblend mit gegenüber Wasser einer erhöhten Beständigkeit wird durch Mischen von thermoplastisch verarbeitbarer Stärke mit einem Zellulosederivat, wie beispielsweise Zelluloseester, erhalten. A biodegradable molding composition or a polymer blend with increased resistance to water is obtained by mixing thermoplastically processable starch with a cellulose derivative, such as cellulose ester.
