Abstract Translated from German N-Aroyl-α-aminocarbonsäurederivat der Formel worin L, R' bis R''' und Q die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bedeutung haben, können für die Behandlung oder Prophylaxe von Krankheiten, die durch die Bindung von adhäsiven Proteinen an Blutplättchen, sowie durch die Blutplättchenaggregation und die Zell-Zell-Adhäsion verursacht sind Verwendung finden. Sie werden hergestellt durch Abspaltung von Schutzgruppen in entsprechenden geschützten Verbindungen oder durch Ueberführung der Cyangruppe in die Amidinogruppe in entsprechenden Nitrilen. N-Aroyl-α-aminocarboxylic acid derivative of the formula where L, R 'to R "" and Q have the meaning given in the description, can be used for the treatment or prophylaxis of diseases caused by the binding of adhesive proteins to platelets, and by platelet aggregation and cell-cell adhesion are used. They are produced by splitting off protective groups in corresponding protected compounds or by converting the cyano group into the amidino group in corresponding nitriles.
