Abstract

Abstract The proposed prosthesis (1) of a tubular organ consists of a prosthesis (2) of a vessel. The latter forms an external surface (3) facing the tissues and an epithelium covered surface (4) of the wall (5) of the tubular organ. Said wall (5) is isolated from the outside environment.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 6
Claim 1
Independent Claim 85 words
A tubular organ prosthesis prepared from a prosthesis of a vessel (2) characterized in that the prosthesis of the vessel (2) forms an outer surface (3) facing tissues and an inner covered with epithelium surface (4) of a wall (5) of the tubular organ that is isolated from the surrounding medium, the prosthesis having two free ends (I2, I3) one of which is intended for connection with the artery and the other one, for compression for the period of filling the prosthesis (I) with blood.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 60 words
A tubular organ prosthesis as in Claim I characterized in that the longitudinal axis of the prosthesis of the vessel (2) is shaped as a spiral, the coils of the prosthesis of the vessel (2) touch each other and form a cavity (II) whose diameter is essentially equal to the inner diameter of the organ being repaired with the prosthesis.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 38 words
A tubular organ prosthesis as in Claim I characterized in that the longitudinal axis of the prosthesis of the vessel (2) has a wave-like shape and branches (7a) of the prosthesis of the vessel (2) touch each other.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 39 words
A tubular organ prosthesis as in Claim 2 characterized in that the prosthesis of the vessel (2) is armoured in a framework (I4) made of a hemocompatible material chosen from a set consisting of a spiral, ring, semiring, plate.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 26 words
A tubular organ prosthesis as in Claim 2 characterized in that the coils (7) of the spiral of the prosthesis of the vessel (2) are interconnected.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 23 words
A tubular organ prosthesis as in Claim 3 characterized in that the branches (7a) of the prosthesis of the vessel (2) are interconnected.
