Cover for a seat and its use for vehicle seats
Abstract
Abstract The cover (20) for a seat, made from an outer casing (21) and an inner cushion (22) shaped as a central pillow (221) bordered by two lateral wings (222), in which pillow (221) and wings (222) are arranged so as to form a bowl (220) whose concavity is intended to receive an occupant, in which the cushion (22) has the form of a block (30) in two elements (31, 32) separated by a junction surface (300) and in which that (31) of these elements (31, 32) which is closest to the bowl (200) is made from a material which has a softer consistency than that of the material of the other (32) of these elements (31, 32), so that when the bowl (200) of the cushion receives an occupant the force exerted on the cover (20) in line with the pillow (221) automatically brings the wings (222) closer to one another by tilting about a hinge zone (3020) and vice versa. <IMAGE>
