Abstract A process for preparing thermoinsulating and/or structural formed articles comprising at least one of the following steps: a) depositing a thermoinsulating preform (4) onto a thermoforming mold (1); b) bringing a thermoplastic polymer plate or sheet (6) to the softening temperature; c) thermoforming said plate or sheet (6) on the thermoinsulating parison (4).
