Abstract

The invention consists in that when the housing-free electronic components are used in the component, they are grouped beforehand according to the principle of the minimum number of connection contacts (5) on a carrier (1). When the components are accommodated in the supports (1) arranged parallel to one another in the module, they are aligned with one another and temporarily fixed. The carriers (1) are then produced by finally fastening the components. In addition to contact surfaces (14), an insulating layer (6) is applied to the current-conducting zones of the components. The contact surfaces (14) of the components and the connection contacts (5) of the carrier (1) are cleaned of organic dirt and oxide layers. Conductors (7) are applied to the surfaces of the components and supports (1), which connect the supports (1) in the module and the components to one another and / or to the connection contacts (5). The module is provided with means for heat dissipation, each of which is in the form of heat-conducting ribs (22) and a heat dissipation element (23) arranged in the heating zones, and with means for connecting the carriers (1) via the side faces of the module. Each carrier (1) has at least one connection which goes to the surface of the module and serves as its external connection. The connection contacts (5) of the carrier (1) are electrically connected via the surface of the module, and the module is enclosed in a hermetic coating (21).
