Abstract
Abstract A scannable latch has the capability of selecting between data inputs and storing data appearing on one of the data inputs while shifting scan data therethrough. The scannable latch comprises a combination of a master latch (12A, 12A′, 12A˝, 12A‴), a slave latch (12B, 12B′, 12B˝, 12B‴), and a scan latch (10A, 10A′, 10A˝, 10A‴), as shown in Figures 4, 6, 7 and 8.
