Abstract
Abstract In order to enhance the switching speed and the stability of cycle history invariance of data storage device it comprises a memory medium changeable from a first state to a second state and vica versa, to a relatively high mobility state. Such material is e.g.Te₈₇₋₈₈Ge₅Sn₆O₃₋₄.
