Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a combustion chamber for a gas turbine engine, a compressor (1) compressing air and delivering the compressed air via stators (2) into a combustion chamber (3), in which fuel is atomised via fuel-atomising nozzles (4). The aim of the invention is to provide a combustion chamber with air-supported fuel-atomising nozzles for a gas turbine engine, with which sufficient fuel atomisation is guaranteed in the whole operating range. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the fuel-atomising nozzles (4) are arranged directly behind the stator outlet (5) of the compressor (1) (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
