Connection device for the connection of electrical appliances

Abstract

Abstract The connection device permits the connection of an appliance to supply lines (13) and also the control of the appliance, by means of control lines (14) via an interface (15). The supply lines (13) and the control lines (14) lead into different installation spaces (10, 11). Located in the first installation space (10) there is the socket (12) onto which an intermediate plug (23) with a plug part (24) can be plugged. Located in the second installation space (11) there is an interface (15) via which a control device (28) in the intermediate plug (23) is controlled. By means of a regulating device (27), the control device (28) controls the current supply to the connecting point (26) to which the appliance is connected. <IMAGE>
