Abstract Translated from German Verfahren zur Präparierung von biologischem Implantationsmaterial, welches durch Aldehyde fixiert wurde, wobei der überschuß an Aldehyden durch eine Aminodicarbonsäure gebunden wird, wobei die Behandlung des fixierten Implantationsmaterials mit der Aminodicar­bonsäure in saurem Milieu, vorzugsweise in einem pH-Bereich von 2,5 bis 5,5, insbesondere 3 bis 5, durchgeführt wird.
