Abstract

Abstract An electronic circuit is specified for a motor vehicle, especially in a combination instrument. The electronic circuit comprises a computer unit having at least one microprocessor and application- specific integrated circuits, and is arranged in a screened housing to attenuate electromagnetic interference. For improved heat dissipation and RF decoupling, surface regions of the outer screen are electrically and mechanically closely coupled to corresponding surface regions on the conductor track and, furthermore, the incoming and outgoing leads, which are at risk from interference, are protected by suitable filtering measures. <IMAGE>
