Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 11
Claim 1
Independent Claim 67 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition comprising organic surfactants; a peroxygen bleach compound; a detergent enzyme; characterized in that it further comprises, as an enzyme stabilizing system, from 0.01% to 15% of a carboxylic acid of the formula X-R-COOH, where X is H, OH or COOH and R is an unsubstitued or hydroxy substitued C₁ to C₉ alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or aryl group; and mixtures of said acids.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 67 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition comprising organic surfactants; a peroxygen bleach compound; a detergent enzyme; characterized in that it further comprises, as an enzyme stabilizing system, from 0.01% to 15% of a carboxylic acid of the formula X-R-COOH, where X is H, OH or COOH and R is an unsubstitued or hydroxy substitued C₁ to C₉ alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or aryl group; and mixtures of said acids.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 25 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to Claim 1, having a pH of at least 8.5, preferably at least 9.0, most preferably at least 9.5.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 18 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to Claim 1 or 2 wherein the peroxygen compound is a perborate.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 18 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to Claim 1 or 2 wherein the peroxygen compound is a percarbonate.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 45 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to Claim 3, comprising a water-miscible organic solvent such that the perborate compound is present as a dispersion of solid particles and the amount of available oxygen in solution is less than 0.5 %, preferably less than 0.1 %.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 36 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the amount of the carboxylic acid enzyme stabilizer is from 0.01 % to 10 %, preferably from 0.1 % to 7.5 %.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 39 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to any one of the preceding claims wherein the carboxylic acid enzyme stabilizer is selected from acetic acid, propionic acid, adipic acid, and mixtures thereof, and mixtures of these carboxylic acids with formate.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 34 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to anyone of the preceding claims wherein the detergent enzyme is selected from the group consisting of detergent proteases, detergent amylases, detergent lipases, detergent cellulases, and mixtures thereof.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 20 words
An aqueous liquid detergent composition according to Claim 8 wherein the detergent enzyme comprises detergent protease, preferably high alkaline protease.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 25 words
An aqueous detergent composition according to any one of Claims 2-9, comprising, as a second enzyme stabilizer, from 0.01 % to 5 % magnesium ions.
