Wall and/or ceiling element
Abstract
Abstract Translated from German Ein Wand- und/oder Deckenelement zur Bildung von Schallschutzkabinen o. A wall and / or ceiling element for forming soundproofing cabins or the like with an inner and an outer sheet metal shell and an insulation core enclosed by the sheet metal shells, one sheet metal shell, the other sheet metal shell like an upper part 7, a lower part 1 with its narrow sides 9, 3 partially overlaps, should be further developed so that the upper part 7 and lower part 1 can be mechanically connected to each other with very little effort. This is achieved in that the sheet metal shell acting as the upper part 7 has at least two opposite narrow sides 9 noses 10 or the like stamped out therefrom at a distance from one another, while the sheet metal shell acting as the lower part 1 is provided with cutouts 5 at the corresponding points on its narrow sides 3 is; the lugs 10 or the like are at least partially bent in under tension around the upper edge 14 of the respective recess 5. This connection possibility is not subject to any significant risk of deformation and can also be used without restriction for unpainted as well as painted sheet metal shells.
