Abstract

Abstract The invention relates to an electrical connection arrangement for the electrical contact system of an air bag, having a short-circuit bridge arrangement in a plug which consists of a counter-contact housing and a jack housing made of plastic, compartments in which connectors (16) attached to electric lines are located being fashioned in the two housings, and the housings of the plug being joined to one another by means of a hinge and a short-circuit bridge (35), (32), (30), (31), being provided in each case between two adjacent contacts in such a way that when the plug is open the adjacent contacts are short-circuited first of all before the connectors of the plug are disconnected. <IMAGE>
