Circuit caractérisé en ce que le circuit de décharge comporte outre le condensateur C, au moins un éclateur E en série avec le condensateur C, éclateur couplé optiquement à un élément optoélectronique relié à une entrée (5) de remise à zéro RAZ d'un circuit de commande et d'inhibition CCI destiné à arrêter le fonctionnement du circuit de charge (2) pour empêcher toute recharge automatique du condensateur C après une première décharge. Cette invention intéresse les constructeurs de défibrillateurs et, plus généralement, les professionnels de l'électronique médicale.
