Probe for the thermal mass flow measurement of gases and liquids

Abstract

Abstract Translated from German Es wird eine Sonde (4) zur thermischen Massenstrommessung von Gasen und Flüssigkeiten vorgeschlagen, bei der die eine dünne Quaderform aufweisende Sonde (4) eine Sandwich-Struktur be­sitzt. Dabei ist auf einem Substratträger (12) ein Dünnfilmwider­stand (12) aufgebracht, auf dem eine aus Glaskeramik bestehende erste Schicht (14) angeordnet ist, die über ein Glaslot (15) mit einer aus Keramik bestehenden plattenförmigen zweiten Schicht (16) verbunden ist. A probe (4) for thermal mass flow measurement of gases and liquids is proposed, in which the probe (4) having a thin cuboid shape has a sandwich structure. A thin film resistor (12) is applied to a substrate carrier (12), on which a first layer (14) made of glass ceramic is arranged, which is connected via a glass solder (15) to a plate-shaped second layer (16) made of ceramic.
