Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 7
Claim 1
Independent Claim 133 words
A test blood gathering equipment for opening a segment tube (15) which holds blood to be tested and for getting the blood out of the tube (15), characterized by a structure comprising a generally cylindrical body (2c - 2k; 31) having at its upper part an opening (4) for inserting the segment tube (15) thereinto, and a blood flowing hole (7c - 7g; 36) at its lower part, and a razor edge-shaped cutting piece (10c - 10k; 34) secured to an inner wall of said cylindrical body (2c - 2k; 31), said cutting piece (10c - 10k; 34) extending in a direction so as to open the segment tube (15) by means of said cutting piece (10c - 10k; 34) when the tube (15) is inserted into said body (2c - 2k; 31).
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 31 words
The equipment as claimed in claim 1, characterized by said razor edge-shaped cutting piece (10g) being secured to the inner wall of said cylindrical body (2g) at a middle part thereof.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 40 words
The equipment as claimed in claim 1, characterized by said razor edge-shaped cutting piece (10c - 10f) being secured to the inner wall of said cylindrical body (2c - 2f) at a lower end part or a bottom part thereof.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 40 words
The equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by said razor edge-shaped cutting piece (10c, 10d-1, 10f - 10k, 34) traversing the cylindrical body (2c, 2d-1, 2f - 2k, 31) along the whole diameter thereof.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 42 words
The equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by said razor edge-shaped cutting piece (10c, 10d-1, 10g, 10k, 34) being secured at both ends of the inner wall of said cylindrical body (2c, 2d-1, 2g, 2k, 31).
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 44 words
The equipment as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterized by a horizontal cross-section of said cylindrical body (2d-1, 31) being elliptic, and said razor edge-shaped cutting piece (10d-1, 31) being provided in a direction crossing the large diameter of the ellipse.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 53 words
The equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by a structure closing the blood flowing hole (36) of said cylindrical body (31) with a sealing member (37), said sealing member (37) being adapted to be broken at a thin part (38) for opening said blood flowing hole (36).
